History

The company was founded in 1968 in Sicily, between the territories of Salaparuta and Santa Margherita Belice, and consists of 25 hectares of surface, cultivated with arable land, olive groves and vineyards. Between 1999 and 2000 the reconversion of the vineyards began and they were planted the varieties: Nero d'Avola, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, to date an area of 5 hectares has been reached with the new Pinot grigio planting, from which the wines are produced; the same philosophy, a small family-run company and last but not least, the same objective, that of producing quality wines, the selection of the best grapes directly in the field, the low yield and the new winemaking techniques, all respecting tradition and the environment. Kairé was born with a limited production of around 1000 bottles of Nero d'Avola IGT. Vigna di Luigia was born with a production of approximately 1000 bottles of Grillo IGT. The Oliveri oil is produced with "Nocellara del belice" and "Pidicuddara" olives coming from the company's centuries-old olive groves, the cultivated area is approximately 2 hectares, with During the harvest, the olives are pressed within 48 hours to preserve their quality and health.
